Most trout are raised for the food industry or for fee fishing which require medium-size fish. These fish are raised in crowded condtions and fed at maximum rates, which is not conducive to healthy, long-lived trout.
Our Trout
Our trout are raised exclusively for the sport fishing market to fight harder and live longer. This requires natural conditions like spring-fed, earth ponds, pure water and low population density and slow, steady grouth.
